Catholic Formation, Academic Rigor,
Leadership and Service
Distance learning may be necessary when closing the school due to extenuating and/or emergency situations, including but not limited to weather and health situations, extended illnesses or extra-curricular activities. When applicable and as a means of ensuring that students continue their Catholic education without interruption, teacher-led virtual instruction, digital lessons and comprehensive material will be provided to our students through the utilization of digital resources such as Google Classroom & Google Meets. Each student will be required to sign a Distance Learning Agreement.
Student Submission of Work
Students are required to check Google Classroom for assignments and assessments on a daily basis. Parents may also review students’ assignments on Renweb. Assignments and assessments are due by the deadline specified by the teacher(s). In the event a student is unable to access the material due to having Internet issues, etc. he/she is required to contact the respective teacher(s) immediately. Teachers will also provide policies and procedures for their individual classes/courses during distance learning.
Behavior Requirements
Any behavior that interferes with the instruction or learning during the virtual lessons will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate language, gestures and/or other forms of disruption during the teacher’s instruction.
*Parents will be notified immediately when Diocesan policies/directives are provided.
