2013-14 Book Fee Collection Procedure

May 15 – June 14, 2013

The Book Fee Procedures will be different this year allowing for payment installments. You will have a choice to pay in full or in installments. 

Book fees from the past have been averaged and the following fees have been determined. If you are interested in taking advantage of the monthly draft, these are the only fees that are eligible for the monthly draft. A book fee draft card will be provided at the time you pay the June fees. A voided check must be provided.  The first book fee draft will be on July 15, 2013 and will end on June 15, 2014.

 Book Fees for each elementary student grades K-8 will be assessed $200.00 per child.

 Book Fees for each high school student grades 9-12 will be assessed $385.00 per child.

All other family fees are required to be paid by 3:00pm June 14, 2013:

 PTC Enhancement Fee                         $55.00 per family

Athletic Booster/Activity Fee                  $50.00 per family

Yearbook                                               $55.00 (optional)

Parking Fees                                            $7.00 (Licensed Student Drivers)

Fleece Pullover                                       $30.00 (optional)

Socks                                                     $12.00/3 pair (optional)

Elementary Friday Spirit Shirts                 $14.00 (optional)

If you choose to pay in full, all fees are due by June 14, 2013. 

Fees for students registered in the art class will pay a $50.00 supply fee on the first day of classes.   All club fees will be collected by the club sponsor at the beginning of 2013-14 school session.

Lunch forms will be sent home on the first day of classes.

LHSAA forms will be available through the Athletic Department at a later date.

May 17, 20-21:  8th Grade Final Exams

May 22:  Elementary Athletic Award Ceremony at 2:15 p.m. in Elem Gym

May 22:  High School Ring Ceremony at 6:00 p.m. in High School Gym

May 22:  8th Graders Practice for Promotional Mass immediately following 8:00 a.m. school mass.  8th Graders MUST attend school mass.  Buddy Picnic (Kindergarten and 8th Graders)

May 24:  8th Grade Promotional Mass at 8:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church and award ceremony to follow in Elementary Gym

May 24, May 27 and May 28:  H.S. Boys Basketball Try-Outs 3:30-5:30 p.m. in H.S. Gym

May 27-28: High School Final Exams (Grades 9-11) 1/2 day of school for Elem and H.S.

May 29:  High School Final Exam Make-Ups.  1/2 day of school for Elem./Elem Academic Award Ceremony at 11:00 a.m.
